Over priced TipEx/whiteout/correction fluid
Comes in a black resealable plastic pouch. Little bottle inside has the same appearance as TipEx (correction fluid/ whiteout). The stuff I used to use to correct errors on school work back in the day. Applied to chipped porcelain sink and looked exactly like I had painted it with TipEx. No glossy shine. It’s actually more matt than what I remembered TipEx to be. Chip appears to stand out even more as it is obvious that one has tried to cover it up. Paid just over £13 for this rubbish. Well it is called ‘Soto’ which I think means ‘out’ in Japanese. So maybe it is really is whiteout or TipEx or what ever.

Remarkably invisible
First of all REMEMBER TO ORDER THE PAINT MATCHING CHIP CARD before you order a color off your screen. Peel the likely matches off and squint to see which vanishes best and order that color. It is a remarkable product. We had to move our shower glass over which left big holes from the screws that our contractor filled with dark grout to try and match the lines. It sort of worked but was distracting to me so I ordered this to match the tiles. It went on easily on top of the dark grout and covered it opaquely. What’s remarkable to me is that I’m the one who painted the spots and know they are there, but I really have to look to see where the touch ups were made. The sheen really mimics the tile glaze too. Very impressive.

It works and definitely order the free color chart
Didn't take a before photo but believe me, it is a perfect match, it works and is unnoticeable as long as you don't have a direct light glare shining on it. I have recessed daylight super bright LED lights directly above the sink and you cannot tell I touched up about 20-50 nicks and scratches from sharp beauty tools falling out of my medicine cabinet chipping away at it. There were unsightly chips with permanent makeup discoloration in them, a lot of makeup-colored nicks and chips in my seemingly white sink, which brings me to my next point: definitely order the free color chart from the vendor's website -- I thought I would be using the whitest white color #1 and it turned out my sink was nowhere near the white I thought it was. Nope, my sink was #2 Mannequin white. And now it looks brand new (to the undiscerning eye). Go light on the application though, I used the applicator brush and also used one of those pointy makeup qtips to get the paint in the tiny nicks without over painting the surrounding area...after the paint was applied I used a regular tip to blend/smooth the painted areas.

Extremely Impressed
I am extremely impressed with this brand, soto. I ordered a free color chart from their website, which turned out to be very high quality—much more than I expected for a complementary service. The Oxman White was a perfect match for my bathroom sink/countertop, so that's what I ordered. It arrived quickly and was exactly the same color shown on the chart, just what I needed. Perhaps most importantly, the touch-up paint works well. I did a few coats while wiping off any excess, so the paint built up only in the crack where I needed it. It still looks great and is holding up fine now a few months later. Thanks to soto for one of the best customer service experiences I can remember!
