It is a good product but if you don’t freeze it for more than a day it will be frosty, and will not be frozen.

The media could not be loaded. The ice roller is my favorite! It’s so refreshing in the morning! I just received it a few days ago but I use it with just my morning facial routine. The small roller I use with my morning & night routine.

Hard to open
It took me about 10 minutes to finally get this roller open to use so by the time I got it open it was to late for me to use it.

I bought this as a gift. It came wrapped in a plastic bag - no directions or anything. Hard to give as a gift
