I would say it’s very possible it would help with static, my hair is frizzy and poofs, and this product makes it settle down. It’s worth a try, I love this product, makes my hair look normal.

No it won't help with breakage - it's great for a styling product & helps with frizz & flyaways - always makes my hair easy to mahange after using. If you need a great product for breakage try K18. It's fabulous for that.
