PROS: Hard & sturdy material, looking good on bike.CONS: No key provided to install it, you have to buy from the shop, size(width)is less, costly.

Screws provided with the product are of very cheap quality, screw threads got damaged at the first attempt itself. Manufacturer should have provided decent quality screws considering the product's usecase.However, it has decent polymer material for the main component.

I recently purchased the Nexus Gears Universal Bumper for my Honda Highness motorcycle, expecting it to fit given its 'universal' label. Unfortunately, this product is not compatible with the Honda Highness, contrary to what is implied in its description.The quality of the bumper is average, and to make matters worse, Amazon India refused a return, stating that the return policy had expired. While I understand the policy around specific return windows, compatibility issues should be handled as special cases. Vendors, along with Amazon, have a responsibility to provide accurate information and to support customers with such genuine concerns.The product also lacks an Allen key, forcing me to rely on local mechanics, who were hard to reach, especially during Diwali festivities. While the bumper itself isn’t costly, it's disappointing to experience such poor service. For items like automotive accessories, where proper fitting and support are essential, Amazon and the vendor should not be quick to absolve themselves of accountability. This experience left me feeling cheated and extremely dissatisfied with Amazon’s service and the vendor’s lack of responsibility.Not recommended for Honda Highness owners and a letdown in terms of customer support.
