This monitor fit my existing wiring harness and makes a great picture when you back up giving a good peace of mind when proceeding backwards.

Works well as a utility backup camera monitor
Good 480p analog video lcd display. Both inputs (yellow and white) work. Of course, don't expect HD resolution, noiseless video, or perfect color. But, as a backup camera, it's perfectly adequate.Generally, I set the contrast at the lowest setting to help wide dynamic range scenes (like a poorly lit nighttime parking lot). I can see the parking lot better through the monitor than directly with my eyes.

Does not work out of the box.
Hooked it up out of the box and the screen scrolls rapidly. No image, no instructions, and no way to fix it. Looks like others have also received non-working monitors. Will send back and look for something else. Camera worked fine with a different monitor made by another company.

Nice small monitor. Display is dark with no video signal
This display works well, but without a video input signal the display appears to not work at all. Make sure video signal is present along with power.
