Q: No label picture. What are the Ingredients?

According to the label, the ingredients are : sugar, ginger, lemon juice, mixed spice, and citric acid...in that order. There are nice sized pieces of ginger, and the result is a delicious spread. I wouldn't be without it at my house.

I don’t know what the ‘mixed spices’ are. Maybe a tiny bit of cinnamon. But, the overwhelming flavor is a good strong ginger. We love it!
