So far so good!
I read so many reviews of different mattresses before I chose this one for our son's new bed. I am very pleased to report that as soon as we opened the package, the mattress immediately popped right into place, no droopy sides or corners. We still let it sit for three days before we used it. Our son is extremely happy with his new big-boy-bed, been sleeping in it for about a week or so now. Seems comfortable, although I haven't slept on it myself, but I don't have any complaints from simply laying on it. I never bought a mattress like this that comes shrink-wrapped, so I was definitely really nervous about it not expanding properly, but I was so relieved when it opened up right away; I actually didn't even get to see it open because my husband opened it and I had my back turned for a moment, and bam! It was already done! So, I am submitting the review because I am just delighted we didn't have any issues with it taking shape!

Crunchy and Uncomfortable
The media could not be loaded. First of all after opening and letting the mattress fully come into itself, I noticed that it wasn’t even looking like the mattress I ordered . But I gave it 36 hours to fully open and when you lay on the mattress it crunches and you feel the inner springs or whatever is on the inside of this mattress. This was a gift for my eight-year-old grandson and he can’t sleep on it and I would not ask him to. Super super disappointed.. I have contacted support and left several messages, hoping that one of them gets red and they get back to me. I’m not sure how this item can be returned as it is already been opened, and the vacuum of the mattress has left it a twin size. I sure can’t get it back in the box. .

Superb...Until...
This mattress truly felt like cushiony pillow clouds from the sky when I unrolled it and let it finish popping out of the box into its complete and true state. (The had it all shoved into a box, which was pretty heavy, but once the mattress is out of the box and fully elongates, etc, it's not too hard to move around, for a Twin mattress).I am not certain when things started to change, exactly, but a few months into testing it out, I started noticing that it suddenly wasn't as comfortable as it had been. While sleeping, things seem great until waking up, and that's when I began to notice that I felt worse in places, such as in the lumbar-region of my back and spine, and that my neck felt like it wasn't quite as well-rested as it initially had been. Now I feel that after some time goes by, sleeping in the same spot, pretty much, eventually literally weighs on the pocket coils or coiled pockets that this thing has... This mattress is 10-inches thick, and it is fairly plushy, so although I do weigh more than 100 pounds, that wasn't so much of a problem for me, considering that there is some bounce to the materials as well. It was all working out...so it seemed.I am thinking that maybe I should have gotten a 12-inch thick one... and just a little more plushiness. For anyone who may be wondering why I would order a Twin-size bed instead of a Full or a Queen, (which I would rather like), the room in which it sits is quite small, so there would be no room for anything else but a bed if I were to put a bigger frame in it.I left the plastic on for a long time because I wanted to keep the mattress as clean as possible... That is an option if you prefer sheet-covered, clean, but crackly sleeping. Personally, I prefer to sleep on a nice comfortable couch whenever possible, therefore, I will not be investing in more beds. (Certainly not seriously expensive ones... that cost more than this mattress did). This one has done for now, or is doing ok for now, but there is definitely something going on with feeling pressure points, etc. It's barely a year old, if that, and problems have already started.I am highly disappointed because I had hoped that it would last longer than it seems to be, but oh well.Would buy again for other people; would not buy again for myself.
