I wanted to love this mask, but it disappointed me from the first night.Unfortunately, as others have reported the mask left dye on the sheets and pillowcase.This is unacceptable.Generally:- the mask is very soft to the touch and does not press on the eyes.- the strap is a bit on the short side and would not fit bigger heads.- the mask had a smell right out of the bag but it died in an hour or two, so it was fine.Lastly, what puzzled me was that the mask came in a very cheap transparent sleeve, without any branding whatsoever. No name or logo anywhere, not even on the mask.

I’m very sensitive to light and have tried many eye shades. This one is so soft and comfortable but blocks all the light, so glad I bought it. It is not flimsy but solid and made well.

It works great, except for one thing...the occasional pinch from the square metal clasp that pulls on my hair. I spent a long time reviewing tons of masks, and at the end of the search, I'm glad I got this (even with the pull on my hair) because the rest was perfect (great eye coverage, comfortable, soft, adjustable.)

i use a cpap (nose cushion not a full face mask) and for the past couple of years I've tried several different eye masks resulting with me tugging, pulling and constantly readjusting - they just never really fit well and weren't comfortable - however, these eye masks finally fit perfectly - it's like I'm not even using an eye mask at all - the fit is perfect, it doesn't interfere with the cpap, it doesn't bother my eyes (meaning it doesn't push against my eyes) - I'm not tugging or pulling - they are extremely comfortable - so glad I bought them!

I actually ordered all four styles of the Alaska Bear Sleeping masks to find the best style and fit for me (just call me Goldilocks). All four styles were very well-made and well-packaged. This company is clearly committed to sleeping masks.I really appreciated the silky molded cups of the Silk Contour Sleep Mask, they made the eyemask extremely comfortable and easy to wear and I woke up without any creases or lines on my face, which can be a problem with non-silk masks. (The side-sleeping version has a really nice design, very stable and comfortable, but the molded cups were not made of silk and so I ended up opting for the silk cups).I also tried the flat masks without the molded cups (there are two styles, one with two straps and one with only one). While these are not as comfortable as the spacious molded cups, they are easier to tuck in my purse or carry-on luggage. I chose the one with just one strap as it felt secure enough and the two strap model hit my head and ears in a way that wasn't so comfortable. I do wish that the one-strap version had the little bit of extra silk 'beak' around the nose to keep out the light, that was a nice feature that was not included in the single strap version for some reason.I would absolutely recommend these masks...I'm sure with four styles to choose from, everyone can find one that works for them.
