Works for me!
I am one of those women that get cold flashes instead of hot flashes. I was skeptical at first, thinking this "won't do anything" but it actually prevents the cold flashes from coming on. I would assume if it works for me it should probably work for women with hot flashes too. Highly recommended!

Expiration date too early
The product is ok ,but this 2nd order will expire in 5 months and it is not returnable, just put this review on so everyone check with Amazon before ordering

Cramps worsened
Overpriced. Made my menstrual cramps worse and I noticed irregular bleeding too. I do NOT recommend this product and regret the purchase.
