Behrens 32S 1-Bushel Basket Round Galvanized Steel Tub

Aside from being on the pricey side, this tub looks like it will do the job I want it to do.I intend to plant flowers in it.Only one problem, I was notified (email) it had been delivered on 10/18. I looked for it, nowhere to be found. Amazon advised waiting 24 hrs, then make a claim. The tub was actually delivered the next dayThe box appeared to have been retaped, but the tub inside was fine.Notifying customers of delivery when the item has not been delivered is somewhat alarming and frustrating. You start thinking there's a thief in the neighborhood. This is probably Amazon's procedure.

I use this around the homestead for TWO Purposes so far. 1. I combine it with the Achla Designs Compost Sifter Screen with Handles to sift dirt from yard scaping projects. The combo is awesome as I sift on site dirt with compost to make super dirt for planting. 2. I've used this bucket as a base for the VVIVOHOME Polyresin Antique Outdoor [Golden] Garden Bird Bath and Solar Powered Round Pond Fountain Combo Set -- assemble the bird bath insert it into the bucket then large river rock to weight the bucket -- I put the bucket on a 16x16 inch cement step stone that has been leveled - then add the solar floating fountain pump & water to create the perfect bird bath stable in the wind. If water enters the bucket when filling the pond, let it! It will evaporate and the bucket can withstand the water. At the end of the season empty and put away the feature for the next year.

This tub is seriously nice!! Well made. I had a lamp I made out of Re-Bar that needed a Lamp Shade. With a bit of thought, time and tinkering, this tub made the perfect one.I give this tub... Three Thumbs Up!!!

Arrived on time, perfect condition, solidly made and sturdy. We used this for a bathtub with rubber ducks photo shoot for my granddaughter’s 1st birthday. Thank you for making it special for us and her.Now we will use it for iced drinks in the summer on the patio.

I had a couple of used for this tub, but the first one involved water. Was disappointed to see it leaking at the seams, but if I'd looked closer at the labeling, it plainly states, "For dry storage only." I should have looked at the reviews too. So heads up! It's NOT designed to hold liquids.

I bought two when they were on sale, don't even need them right now, but for sure I will have an event that these two filled with ice will be the perfect thing to add to my drink table...they are SO WELL MADE!!!

I bought mine to be the base for a water feature. There is a seam around 2 or 3 inches up that is not at all water tight. I'm trying to decide if I need to scrap the project or if I can seal it up
