Former cosmetologist here: I have thick, but fine and wavy hair. Most products, especially the more expensive lines like Redken or Biolage, weight my hair down and make it super greasy after twelve hours. This specific product from Aveeno is PERFECT. I can go up to three days between washes with minimal dry shampoo; the scent isn’t too terrible, either. I will say this though, if your hair is dry, consider using a mask or a different conditioner, because this conditioner is not thick or dense.

This combo is fantastic. As I get older I can tell my hair is thinning. This combo actually does make my hair feel fuller. Plus, it leaves my hair with a silky shine. I'm always getting compliments. It seems it can be used daily without drying out my hair. I still switch up but not very often. Highly recommend.

Shampoo and conditioner both do a nice job of cleaning/conditioning things hair - conditioner smells much better than the shampoo, which reminds me strongly of hand sanitizer in consistency and smell.... won't buy again

I absolutely love the way my hair smells after using this shampoo for the first time!! It's an herbal scent. Maybe some tea tree but there's something else in it bc i normally do not like the scent of tea tree. Whatever it is it's amazing. My oily roots are clean but the shampoo seems gentle. Hopefully the inflammation will go down and I'll get some regrowth like other reviews. Time will tell.
