These curlers are very easy to use. To turn on you just slide the switch upwards towards the curlers. I would say that they heated up within two minutes to the full temperature. Which is pretty hot so I have to be careful that they don’t go too close to my scalp or face.The clamp on the barrels is strong and holds my hair firmly in place. One thing to mention is that the curlers don’t open very far so you do need to use smaller sections of hair to curl. There is a stand attached to the curlers but it doesn’t seem to work that great at keeping the curlers upright on a surface though. This is the only downside I found though.The curls created are loose waves. I tend to hold the curler in place for at least 5 seconds to create the curl I want. It suggests in the instruction booklet to hold in place for 5-8 seconds but I usually only want a very loose wave and this is achieved in the 5 seconds. For a more defined wave I would definitely hold it for the full 8 seconds.Overall the curlers gave me the exact type of curls I wanted. The curls also seem to hold well as long as I use a bit of hair product beforehand. The curlers are reasonably priced and easy to use. I’m very happy with them!

I mean it does the job, but it feels super low quality. The little stand is really flimsy as well
