Perfect for my needs
Apparently, the previous owner left my car out in the hot FL sun too often and the adhesive for the headliner began to breakdown. I ordered these and have used part of the package so far and they look like they were designed specifically to match the fabric of my headliner. They work perfectly and solved my problem of a sagging headliner easily. I'd thought I'd have to hire a body shop to replace the entire headliner for hundreds of dollars, so am thrilled with the results.

Easy enough to install to repair a drooping headliner.
Used the kit to repair a drooping headliner on a '04 Silverado, regular cab, on the driver's side. I also placed them on the passenger side so they would match. I just snugged in the screws as screwing them into the headliner did not breed confidence. I guess if they fall out, maybe an adhesive like a super glue jell may help. Anyway, so far, so good!

Perfect color match for a 2003 Honda Accord gray headliner
A few hours work will save you hundreds of dollars with a nice appearing headliner. I would rate this a 5 if not for the furnished tape measure. What appears to be the inches side is not. One "inch" equals 1.3 inches on your other tape measures. If you take overall measurements in inches with your other tape measures, they cannot translate easily to the provided tape measure. A tape from my wife's sewing basket worked much better.A few suggestions: Plan your layout. Plan for a button along all 4 edges where the curvature changes the most to eliminate sag. I found it easier to run a string along the front to rear center line using a square and a tack on each side of the string where it hung down from the headliner. Then I worked off the center line string. DO NOT use any spray adhesive. It will soak and stain the headliner as I found out in a test under one sun visor.

Fixed a sagging headliner
This was easy to use and fixed a sagging headliner in a 2005 Civic. The gray blended perfectly, I feel like the car is much more spacious, and so far it is staying in place. I only suggest maybe get a second set of eyes when spacing/measuring the screws/buttons, and if you have a larger vehicle order two packs just in case. Insallation gets a bit tedious midway through, but still easy enough to do alone. Definitely get this if you don't feel it is worth it to pull the headliner out and do fresh reapplication of headliner fabric.
