Nice factory look, but blocks screen and hazard lights switch
This phone holder is functional and almost looks like a factory accessory, magnet holds strong. The only complaint is that my iPhone 14 blocks the hazard lights button and part of the iDrive screen. It’s nowhere near annoying enough to take it off, but takes some getting used to. The ease of clipping my phone to the magnet as soon as I get in the car makes it worth it.

Missing the plastic ring!
Ordered one of these for my BMW X3 and it arrived quickly, only it was missing the plastic ring that you need to tighten to secure your phone into a locked position! Despite me sending several emails asking for the missing part they never got back to me! It’s a shame because this would otherwise be a great phone holder.

Looks sturdy at first but now Falls off
We received the item sometime in March but only installed it end of April 2023. It held up for 3 months. Early July, I noticed it comes off the vent when pulling the phone off the magnetic attachment.The plastic in the back which is suppose to click into the vents appear to be worn down and now longer stays on. I searched amongst many reviews and this came highly recommended so super sad it’s no longer holding up
