Item not received, asked the seller, they refuse to do anything, just simply saying "sorry to hear that". Not helpful at all. Considering the price of this item, it is totally not worth it. I would recommend avoid this seller.

First, this product is great. It is inexpensive and does exactly what it is supposed to do. The grip is strong enough to hold up my Samsung Galaxy Tablet while on a commercial flight, clipping it to the secured tray in front of me. Every time I fly my neighbors compliment me on this device and inquire where they can get one, too. The best part is the grip is adjustable so it can also shrink to fit my Galaxy S21. All I need to do is turn my phone sideways into the grips, then rotate the device (it swivels 360) to whatever view I want.Second, for all those complaining about the device being difficult to work and loud when it does... you're doing it wrong. In fact, you're trying to break it. The device is meant to expand and contract to fit anything from a phone to a tablet. To do this, there is a button in the center of the "grip" area. You press that button and it silently expands to whatever size you need. Or you can, with great difficulty and noise, force it to go larger and strip it's gear teeth in the process. I recommend pressing this button. It's not even difficult to find!5 stars all the way.

I searched through the internet and Amazon to find a holder that would hold my iPad and my phone savely whilst travelling on the plane, what can I say this is perfect. The iPad fits quite snug (without a case) and is very secure in the spring supported arms. It’s closed reasonably size and very portable in my small inflight bag. It is very sturdy, and easy to use with a bit of resistance. When opening the holding arms there is a button that needs to be pressed to extend the arms further to make the iPad fit. I like that it is versatile, that I can use both my phone or iPad and it is very sturdy.In the hotel room I clipped it to the bed side table so I can watch a film in bed.
