i have a sitting leg lift and am lifting with bar in front of leg. Older one ia worn out. Are these dense enough for protection

I have these on an older cable machine for leg extention. I am about 215 lbs and my cable machine maxes at 210. So far these are holding up very we'll. They are thou a little longer then the stock one's which for me not a big deal since i rotate them often to wear evenly. The leather outer is very durable still look like new

It says 20mm but then says 1 inch in the description. 20mm is not 1" does it fit a 1" pipe by compressing and fits tight?

These slide on and off of a 3/4" solid rod pretty easily; they may fit a 1" rod snugly. Note that a 1" steel pipe has an outside diameter larger than 1" and may be too big.

Where do I buys the foam roller end caps?

If they are the caps that go in the hollow pipe then Amazon will have them. I just bought some for mine.

Do they fit soloflex?

Hello. If the diameter of the post is 1" they will fit just fine.
