Really helpful
So I have repetitive strain on my one wrist which keeps flaring up during my pole workouts. This has helped a lot when it comes to me leaning and relying on my wrist. Before it was ache and hurt a lot after. With the help of this support it didn't hurt at all after. Only thing is it's a little chunky so got in the way a tiny bit but get used to it after a while.

Velcro was too strong, couldn’t tear it apart.
Very comfortable, however I couldn’t open up the Velcro after I put it on and had to ask my husband to cut the Velcro off.
