Well, I bought this for the washer and dryer in my basement. I tried getting one of these from the hardware store and the employee never even heard of a three prong adapter! I didn’t know what to do, and then I realized - Amazon! The only way I have a washer and dryer in my house, and not having to go to an awful laundromat, is because of this wonderful company!!
