These filters are for 6 months.Everything was packaged good and came with clear instructions.Have an image comparing the old LG filter and this one. Definitely think this replacement is a great choice and isn’t much different from the LG on. But the price point is definitely different.Was a quick and easy install, of course I skipped a few steps and just went to take the old filter out and put in the new one right away. Without releasing pressure. Which just resulted in some water coming out in higher pressure and after was flowing as usual.

Pros:-I got these because I realized our filter hasn't been changed for some time. I love that it comes in a pack of 3 because it will last a year and a half.-Easy to install.-Water was good after I drained for 5 minutes. There was no weird difference and the water didn't taste funny.-Come with month stickers, but no dates, so I still wrote the date on it.Cons:-N/AUncertainties:-Unsure if there are expiration dates on these, but I don't think they would sell a pack of 3 if it wasn't able to withstand a 1.5 year shelf life. it would be great if they had some type of notice, but I think it did say to just store in a cool dark space (don't quote me), so I think as long as those requirements are met, it should be fine.
