How dark is the royal blue? is is close to navy blue?

Could this be used to repair a pull strap on a rowing machine?

I used it to replace woven webbing on canoe seats and it was strong enough for that. I can't vouch for a pull strap - repetitive pull, relax, pull, relax - but for the seat it will support a 200-pounder with no problem.

Is this tubular webbing?

It is a flat knitted ribbon not a tube.

Is it 1" or 2" webbing? It says both.

The webbing I ordered and received was 1"
