This product is a must have for not only mechanics, but also DIYers. If you need to program Mercedes-Benz or any other luxury vehicle, this is the product for you! Think about it, if you need an audi or Mercedes-Benz key programed, it costs $367 per fob. For less than $600, you can program as many as you want. Best bang for the buck and will pay for itself over and over again. And perfect customer service. Xtool is the absolute best. I own many of their products and have never been disappointed.

Did not work as advertised, no tech support
Was advertised that this would work with my Jaguar. I bought this for the key fob programming. There is a bug in their software that doesn’t save the uploaded files to the correct location. I tried to contact tech support 6 months ago. No replies as of yet.
