You got a lot for my money good taste and really good value

I typically purchase plant based proteins and this was actually a mistake, but knowing it was Swiig brand, I kept it.My preference is a plant based diet but to avoid the exchange, I opted to keep this for smoothies. No regrets! I still prefer Swiig plant based proteins but this was equally as good. Blindfolded, I would not know the difference. This is a solid product line that is scientifically calculated to offer the optimum health value and good taste. No grit, no clumps, no after taste that is hard to disguise. It's all great stuff!

This shake mix is tasty, and mixes very easily in my almond milk for a high protein drink. It has 20 G protein, 2g sugar and 1.5 g total fat for only 110 calories per scoop. It’s great on its own, but most often I throw in some frozen fruit to make a smoothie. Either way, it’s delicious and filling. I’ve tried a lot of different protein shakes, and this is my favorite.

My boyfriend loves this product, tastes great and blends well, good consistency which is a thing for him so lol.
