Pantethine is great for lowering cholesterol
Pantethine is an active form of vitamin B5 that has been shown to lower cholesterol more than cholesterol lowering medications without ANY significant side-effects."In multiple clinical trials of patients with elevated cholesterol and triglycerides, total and LDL cholesterol were decreased by 12%, triglycerides decreased by 18%, and HDL cholesterol was increased by 9%. These clinical trials were conducted with daily intakes ranging from 600 to 1200 mg/day. Within this dose range there is no evidence of a dose-effect relationship, i.e. changes in lipid concentrations overlapped across the range of doses. Direct dose-response evidence is not available because no trial tested more than one dose. A few trials tested 300 mg/day with more modest but still statistically significant results."The above quote is from the Wikipedia article on Pantethine, these are the sources:Binaghi, P; Cellina, G; Lo Cicero, G; Bruschi, F; Porcaro, E; Penotti, M (1990). Best quality
This product delivers the best quality and easiest to swallow pantetheine I have used. I have a deficiency in B5 and this product works the best to correct it. It is one of the only supplements that I have purchased repeatedly and I am never without it.

Total Cholesterol was 413
Most people never heard of someone with total cholesterol over 400. It’s 100% genetic in my family. My mother is 480, my father was 380, my sister is 410, etc. None of us take statins. My mother is 92 and has no heart issues. My father never had heart issues and passed away at 96 from falling.A common reaction is that I’m probably obese, I eat junk, and/or I don’t exercise. At age 63, I’m not obese or overweight. I’m 5’0” and weigh 97 pounds. My meals have been the same for many years. Green tea and a half bagel with some cream cheese for breakfast. A green smoothie (cranberry juice, lemon peel, strawberries, blueberries, banana, apple, spinach, kale, and collagen powder), dried cranberries, nuts, and one cookie or small chocolate for lunch. A salad, fruit, cooked vegetable, and small portion of the main meal for dinner. I limit myself to eating out (junk food) two times a month. My vice is a half scoop of ice cream at night.I’m a workout fanatic and taught bootcamp classes at the gym before Covid broke out. Last year, I did 376 workouts. I live at 7,000 elevation. My workouts are very rigorous for a 63 year old female. As people ski downhill, I’m the only one skate skiing uphill. I don’t use chair lifts. I mountain bike uphill to the summit at 8,500 feet. I do 5K races and usually finish in the top 3 at 7,000 elevation for my age group 60-69.Being so physically active, I hated statins. It bothered my muscles and joints and affected my workouts. I discovered Pantethine is for people like me who genetically have high cholesterol and can’t lower their cholesterol through diet and exercise. I took 1 Pantethine capsule per day with my dinner for 4 months as an experiment and had my bloodwork redone. The results are:Total Cholesterol from 413 to 325HDL from 66 to 66LDL from 329 to 242Tryglicerides from 90 to 83This product actually works. There’s no way I could have dropped my total cholesterol from 413 to 325 without it. There was only 1 side effect. My sleep is much better now. About 2 times a week, I woke up and tossed and turned in bed for 2-3 hours. After taking Pantethine, that only happened 2 times in 4 months. I still wake up, but I fall asleep pretty easily. I would highly recommend this product if you have high cholesterol because of bad genes.

Projectile vomiting
Idk whats in this, or if i just may be extra sensitive to it, but this made me so sick. A week or so ago, i thought i had caught a stomach bug. I was vomiting and had (TMI) waterfall diarrhea for 4 straight days. All of this started as soon as i added this to my vitamin regime, but i never thought a supplement could make me so sick. I’ve never in my life ever had any such reaction to any supplement. Maybe mild discomfort, but never as bad as this was. I ended up having to go to the ER because i couldn’t keep anything down not even pepto, and i was so dehydrated that my body was weak and in so much pain. I ate nothing for like 4 days and lost like 10lbs! I stopped taking this along with all my other vitamins because i would literally just vomit it all up as soon as i swallowed them. They gave me pain medication and anti vomiting meds + saline to hydrate me at the hospital. And they told me that i tested negative for bacterial and viral infection. I was so confused. Then why is my stomach in so much pain?!. I came back home and slowly started re-introducing food as well as my vitamins. I started with the vitamins I was most familiar with. The ones that I’ve taken for months with no problem. Well yesterday i added this back into the mix and what’ll you know, projectile vomiting and waterfall diarrhea 2hrs later. I vomited about 5 times yesterday and can’t even count the amount of times it came out the other end. At one point i chucked this in the garbage and glared at it as it got coated in my 5th vomit round (at this point it was just bile). This made me violently sick. I was so in so much pain, and so weak after being sick for hours that it was hard to even fall asleep. Lucky i still had some of the meds they prescribed me at the hospital last week. The only thing that stopped the sickness was prayer and OD-ing on the dissolvable pepto (i just let it sit in my mouth and slowly dissolve, every time i tried to chew and swallow =🤮). Once i broke the cycle i could take the meds from the hospital with the tiniest sip of water. Yea idk what’s in this but my body hates it.
