Love this color. Makes my hair appear shiny .

I was super excited to try this product but I was left very upset. I NEVER write reviews but I had to just make this known. The Blue Black hair hair color faded AFTER THE FIRST WASH. There was no blue anymore and I was devastated. My hair has also been falling out and shading more than I’ve ever seen it even when I box dyed my hair from any cheap box dye in the past. Wish I could get a refund but product is already used and I’m left here with my hair falling out.

This is a great at-home color kit but so disappointed that I needed 2 boxes to cover my whole head! If you have thick hair or a lot, consider buying 2 boxes. I ran out a little more than half way through my head.

I have tested probably 7 or 8 different at home hair dyes and i will always go back to this brand!! it comes with absolutely everything you need and the color lasts forever!! Highly recommend! I have repurchased many times!

I just dyed my hair and it looks great! And soooo soft after using their repair mask for 5 minutes. I think along as you follow their directions your hair will turn out great. My hair is naturally black and I used the blue/black color dye it came out as just black for me although maybe once out in the sun I'll get a better look at the possible blue presence. Either way I wanted my hair black and this color just was available for faster delivery than their regular black. I'll see after a few weeks how long it lasts. I expect it should last like a month before my few greys start popping out but I'll see.
