Stopped working after 2 weeks of use. Terrible aftersales.
It took this device two weeks of use (total 2 usages) for it to stop working completely. Apparently the device went into “travel mode” one day, and hasn’t come out of it at all. Even after charging for several hours, the device hasn’t turned on since. What’s worse is their aftersales support. It has been over 72 hrs since I’ve initiated my complaint, and am yet to find a solution or assistance.
