I'm not used to taking supplements so getting in the habit was difficult for me. However, after being consistent I did feel better and found myself actually going to sleep easier and waking more rested. I didnt feel quite as bloated during the day.

Now, I got this Supplement to help with my digestion and occasional constipation issue. But from my experience, it only helps me to fall asleep really good at night. I mean, for what they claim this product can do for you..it doesn't match the description at least for me but for insomnia reasons..it has helped me alot. I wouldn't mind to keep taking this for the sleep issues I have but it states on the company's website and on the bottle that this product contains lead. I think most of their products contain lead. I didn't see this earlier before I purchased the product but due to that fact, I may stop taking it. Personally, I don't think a product should contain lead, especially a natural one. So, I haven't touched this bottle ever since I found out it had lead in it. Even in small amounts, I wouldn't want to touch a product that has lead in it. And who knows how much lead is actually in the products! If we took it to a lab and tried to find out the analysis of the percentage of lead it may be scary. I'm not taking the chance though and just stopped taking it period.The warning is on the bottle where it states: WARNING. Also, if you go to the company's website it states it under the (Precautions) tab when you're reading the product description. If it warns you to not take it if you're pregnant, that means it can harm the fetus or even kill the child. If it can cause that much harm to a fetus, why would I want to put this in my body? Obviously, it's not healthy for me to ingest and why would I want to take the chance. At the end of the day, I can find something else for my sleep deprivation. I don't want to die in my sleep.It is stated online that LEAD: Is a potent, systemic poison that serves no known useful function once absorbed by your body. Taken in large enough doses, LEAD can kill you in a matter of days. A condition affecting the brain called acute encephalopathy may arise which develops quickly to seizures, coma, and death from cardiorespiratory arrest.
