Quality standard and replacment management
Let me share good and not good parts. It is a decent product, good utility and design..plastic quality also looks fine. However, the look and feel is not new...maybe storage is not proper or whatever is the reason. There is also a small hole on the product and minor scratches.. the replacement process is poorly managed. Once a wrong color was sent, another time (2nd attempt to order) returned product was resent.

Old, used, broken one delivered
Was eagerly waiting for the product to give a surprise to my son. But on opening I noticed the product colour was different, it was broken at many places, was an used one as it had scratches all over.
