I’ve used red light before, but these are so nice. No manual labor involved, strap them on and you’re ready for therapy. The size is general, would love bigger size for thighs. Very versatile, Velcro straps allow easy adjustment and fits various size. Very lightweight, comes with wall charger and usb charger. Also has a timer and lights can be solid or pulse and heats up. I’m in love with the functionality, meant for arms, but I can use it on my legs as well. Great value for the money

This is my first time trying and red light therapy. I have what my kids referred to as bingo arms. Flabby skin on my under arms. It’s something I’ve been inherited and always been self-conscious of. I’ve tried the Therapy twice now while watching television. It was comfortable and easy to use.Obviously, I haven’t seen any changes because it’s only been two days however, I can see that it would certainly work with time. I’m happy with my purchase.

I purchased this on 11/4/2023, it worked great for over 13 months then 1 morning about 2 weeks ago I went into my home gym and it was turned on even though I had turned it off the day before when I used it. I turned it off and unplugged it. The next morning I went down to the gym and worked out for several hours and plugged it up and then I used it. It was turned off, I was in and out of the gym all during the day,I didn't see that it was turned on or anything was wrong. The next morning I started the same routine and when I opened the gym door I saw that once again it was on and red. I unplugged it then. I brought it into the living room today to use it and my wife plugged it up and now it will not work. If you own one of these PLEASE unplug it every time that you use it! I don't know what would have happened if I had not went into my gym for a couple of days!

Let me start by saying I like the fact that there are 2 pads so they can be used on to treat 2 areas at 1 time and they are covered with plastic for easy cleaning and this is why i chose a 3 star review. What I don't like is after unplugging any of the cords just a couple of times from the pads, they seem to have developed short and either won't turn back on or they flash and won't stay on. Conveniently this has happened right outside the return window on both sets. You are asking yourself why then did I purchase another set; my answer is in the first part of my review. I have sent a complaint to the seller but I'm sure it will not be acknowledged. I definitely will not be purchasing this particular brand again
