Yes! There are several inserts that come with the cover - one is full sized with multiple round cutouts. The largest is about 2 1/4 inches.

I have two 10-3 rubber covered cables that I need to use with this cover. Will the exit holes support wire this large?

This is only a cover even though it shows it mounted on a box in this picture. You would need to get a box separately that accommodates your needs. Hope this helps.
