When I purchased this crossbow I read all of the reviews. I was worried about the issues they mentioned. I can tell you the crossbow that I received is flawless. Once assembled I was within about 6 inches of center at 20yds. Tweaked the scope as per instructions and went out to 50yds. I can hit a silver dollar circle with three arrows at 50yds. Extremely accurate, well built, fast and safe. Loading and unloading is a breeze. So far shot twice with two kills.

It's light weight and narrow. The cocking and decocking mechanism is easy to use. I watched you tube videos too make sure I didn't mess anything up. I mounted the scope and hit the bullseye first shot. This is a high end bow. Nobody wants a beginner bow.

Excellent. Would purchase again. Needed an extension so my shoulder would fit well.

BUYER BEWARE -- TenPoint does NOT stand behind their product!I took my brand new, out-of-the-box Turbo S1 out to an archery range, only to discover the scope mounting rail was bent and about an 1/8-inch out of alignment with the bolt (arrow) rail – thus making it impossible to get an accurate shot (the bolts were hitting about 2 feet to the right of target when aiming the scope at the bullseye).As the literature in the packaging stated not to return the crossbow to the vendor (I ordered it through Amazon), I did as instructed and called TenPoint. They refused to replace the defective bow, and stated I had to take it to a certified TenPoint service center for repair, or they could ship me a new scope mounting rail and I could replace the defective one myself. I can understand this policy for a bow owned and used for a while before a warranty claim is made…but to insist I accept a defective product and have to spend my time and money (the closest service center is nearly 20 miles away) to get it fixed is totally unacceptable.I asked to speak with a manager, and was told by the Customer Service Rep she was unavailable, but she would call when she had time. The next day I received a call on my cell phone from Mogadore, OH (where TenPoint is located) and picked up immediately after the first ring – only to be hung up on right after I said “Hello.” My guess – the manager did not really want to talk to me, just wanted to get on record an attempt was made to call me.I find it very unfortunate this company does not stand behind what I view as a very good product – I love the way the crossbow functions, and can understand that a defective product occasionally makes it into a customer’s hands. But to have an expectation the customer accept a defective product, and then make them responsible for geting it repaired is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.Thankfully, I discovered I could return the defective crossbow via Amazon and get a full refund.
