The product seems defective. There is a cracking noise during operation.
The media could not be loaded. As soon as I used it for the first time, I knew something was wrong since the blower was making a cracking noise.Seems like a lever is slipping or something is grinding.Requested a replacement to check if the other is also the same.If yes, then will ask for refund.Edit -Replacement worked fine. It's not very sturdy though.
