These things are nice.
These are really nice. They arrived and with a few minutes to put batteries in, I had them put and ready to set up. My first advice is read the instructions. Not because there is anything difficult with these, the process to setup the alarms and sync to the remote is a procedure that needs to be followed closely. I found this out when syncing one of my alarms.I had these out with me bow hunting. I will admit I did not use them all. I only used 3 to create an warning zone behind my tree to cover the back 180° or so. For a bit I was getting concerned because I could hear movement but no alarm. Then suddenly one went off... and then another. I could tell whatever it was, was moving from my right to my left and could actully track it. And based on the alarms figured out they the deer would be coming out on my left. So i prepared and a few moments later out stepped a doe.I will be telling my hunting friends about these. These would be excellent for home or camping security as well.

I use it daily. Works well.
Great product. A little sensitive, but works well.

Work Well and Provide Information Different From Cameras
You would think with trail cameras that sensor would not be needed...however quite the contrary. The sensors allow the user to establish a grid or series of locations that establish a pattern of behavior...whether used for hunting, or surveillance. These connect quickly and easily and are appropriately sensitive. They do not seem to trigger from false movements from trees or bushes for the most part. I have had these in substantial rain without issue. Long term testing will be necessary, however preliminary use is very positive.

Do not buy this
Wow.1. There are two sets of instructions and they contradict each other2. Both sets of instructions require a magic decoder ring (not included) to figure out the grammar.3. Materials quality is abysmal and the detector "button" keeps slipping out of its socket and it is very, very hard to get it back in place. The button also tears like paper.4. No means no. You may spend 30 minutes trying to turn any 1 of those 5 detectors off. Believe me, I tried every method I could think of. They refuse to turn off.5. The "LED" light on the detector is as faint as a lighthouse on Mars, making it impossible to tell when your "press" is sufficient to turn the detector on or off.6. Seems the motion detection part works pretty well, which makes this a pity really since the problem is that you can't STOP it from alarming.Highly recommend you seek another option. Unfortunately Amazon shows positive comments on this item which is kind of hard to believe.
