Haven’t used yet. But it’s a great quality. The price was great. It is easy to put in the carrier and comfortable. Size it perfect. Looked just like the pictures. It will make my carrier adjustable for my newborn.

As others have stated, it is beyond ridiculous that this isn't standard with the actual carrier. We used a rolled up towel while we waited and it worked, but this is definitely better. The towel makes the hips spread out funny and this keeps them more inline.

This a must buy if you want to carry your newborn in your lillebaby carrier. I have no idea why these don't come with the carrier.When my first child was born, these were out of stock. Lillebaby told me to switch to the narrow seat setting to carry our newborn without this cushion. This positioned him way too low for my comfort. So I used a rolled up towel for the first couple months.Bought this pillow for our second-born. Works really well. I wish it would attach with a button or zipper, so I wouldn't drop it occasionally while taking off the carrier.

So glad I purchased this! I love how it keeps our daughter higher up and completely inside the carrier these first weeks of life. She is secure in the carrier with this. The only complaint I have is design- they have snaps for everything on this carrier but no snap to connect this?! It falls out quickly when removing the baby or the carrier from your body. This can be prepared for in advance of course, but keeping it all together would be a bonus!

This little infant insert pillow works great! I appreciate that it's just the right size for newborns/infants (we used it starting around 8 lbs, but could have started sooner), as opposed to using a rolled up towel, which could serve the same function but was inconsistent in sizing and not nearly as comfy for the baby.We used it in a LilleBaby carrier, and also in an Ergo carrier. Because it just sits in the bottom of the carrier, it can really be used in any brand.The only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it would have been nice if it had some way to secure it into the carrier. The flap is awkward and doesn't really keep the pillow in place when you're trying to put the baby in or take baby out. It would often fall on the floor whenever I took the baby out.But... it's pretty inexpensive, which I appreciated - and it saved me from getting a separate (more expensive) infant insert for the Ergo.
