Extreemly Strong!
If you are thinking of buying this... just be aware the smell is STRONG! I put it in the corner of the room when little one had a cold combined with a sinus infection (she's in our room) - well by 2am I thought I had a sinus infection as well! I did not, it was the pungent small of the plug in! But, it did wonders for my little girl - so maybe I am just weird!

Helps baby sleep with blocked nose
Absolutely love this plug. Really helps when my baby has a blocked nose - sleeps so much better. Makes the room smell nice also. Easy to insert the refillable pads, also nice that it has a dim night light with it.

Life saver
Life saver!! After my 4 month old was so congested 5 nights of no sleep I found these, and he finally had a good night sleep, they are a god send!, and they smell amazing! Pricey but all worth it for my baby to be able to sleep

The product works
This is the 4th time I’ve been using this during the night for my 3 months old baby. It works. I can definitely see improvements in his night sleep. One thing I would say is don’t let the videos in the reviews put you off buying it. The light does come on end off when you plug it in and it stays on only when the room is dark.
