Brilliant! Does exactly what it claims to do. Bought to use under cotton rug on laminate floor in bedroom. Works brilliantly. No chance of slips now. Didn’t need to cut, but simple enough if required. Highly recommended.

I've never used these before, I've normally used carpet tape. But to my suprise the tape wouldn't work on my new rugs, so I came across these. I ordered 2 different sizes, one for a large rug and one for a rug in my hallway. The biggest one doesn't move at all! It's amazing. I had to cut it so size but I don't mind that. The hallway one however.. does not do its job, it likes to slide with the rug too the front door. To my suprise my carpet tape wouldn't hold it either. But after reading through the reviews, I found one saying they had ironed it on, so i gave it a go! And now my passage rug stays exactly where it should be. Although I miss the quicker trip to the door, I'm glad my kids will be safe to walk on it now. Highly recommend for those who like to frequently change rugs - no more scratching the floor to remove the tape - yay!

Does exactly what it says, hasn't moved an inch since I put it on my wooden floor and the rug on top hasn't moved either. Good safety aspect for when toddlers and pets running about 😄

Money wasted on this. My rug still slides around.

We have a mat on our tiled floor in front of our back door that absorbs the mud and crud from our dogs paws when he comes racing in from the garden. I have to wash the mat regularly, and because of this, the plastic non slip backing had torn, so I had to remove it. This made the mat absolutely lethal, as every time anyone stood on it, it was like being on an ice rink. I didn't want to replace the mat, so I bought the non slip rug liner to see if it would solve the problem.In my experience the rug liner is a brilliant cost effective solution. It simply does what it is supposed to do. I cut the liner a tad smaller than the mat, placed it on the floor, lay the mat on top of it, and hey presto, the mat no longer slips. I have read other reviews where they ironed the liner onto their rugs/mat, but I didn't find this necessary at all, and as I wash the mat so often, I didn't want anything stuck on the back of it. The liner was really easy to cut, and works a treat. Jobs a good'n.

We have 2 welcome mats to wipe our feet on. One on carpet and one on vinyl, and this product has no effect whatsoever on either of them. The mats slide around just as they did before. A complete waste of money 😕.

This stuff is amazing, I got sick of my rugs moving all over the place when my friends children came to play, the dog jumping off the sofa, and the rug going flying down the room, Now it stays in place no amount of movement will shift it, worth every penny, trust me I can now even hoover my rug I’m buying more.

Pros:Does an excellent job preventing my rugs from slipping on wooden floors.Easy to cut to size, which was great for fitting custom dimensions.Durable and seems like it will last, even with frequent use.Cons:Can feel a bit plasticky underfoot, though not significantly.The odor upon unboxing was stronger than expected but dissipated over time.In Summary:This MAIYADUO underlay has been a lifesaver for keeping my rugs secure. It's not perfect in terms of feel, but for functionality, it's a solid choice. Just air it out if you're sensitive to smells initially.
