Effective and fast acting.
I have been taking this product for 2 weeks now and I have noticed that my carb cravings have reduced significantly. I have more energy and my bloated stomach has gone down quite a bit. just not for me…
no bad after-taste, easy to swallow. however, for me, they caused upset stomach and rapid heart rate. gave 3 starts because even though it didn’t work for me, there are a lot of other raving reviews.
