Best Bag I’ve Bought in years despite poor marketing.
I hemmed and hawed on this purchase for a while. I’m a bag geek and have never found the “perfect” gear bag but this may finally be as close to it as I’ll ever find. The design is very ergonomic. It’s easy to carry with a very thick, padded shoulders strap. The pinch clip on the shoulder strap has a locking clip design. It has small grab handles in all the right places and has real, practical MOLLE points in realistic locations for mounting smaller attachments. The Velcro field is ample size, sewn down, and also MOLLE compatible. The seams are stitched very well and all of them are clean and unobtrusive. I have been disappointed more than once by bags that “get in their own way” when using the zipper. It’s annoying. Not here. The nylon stays clear of the zipper and they slide smoothly. The interior is lined with a tan color so it’s easier to locate items than my bags with darker interiors. There are a dozen attachment points in the form of straps, D-dings, and such. (I added an H&K clip to mine for keys and it’s a perfect match.). Lastly it’s simply over-engineered to a practical level. I bought this bag after swearing off a competitor (Maxpedition, if one must know. What hype their warranty is! That’s a whole different story however.) This bag, and the Hazard 4 accessories I bought for it are the highest quality I have far surpassing those commercially available items.Ive used this bag for about four months. It’s been on international flights, surveillance operations, and family trips. It’s the right size of small enough to move around easily and store out of the way in a vehicle and yet it seems cavernous inside holding full DSLR Nikon, ammo, IFAK, range finders, chargers, tools, pens., notebooks, and flashlights with ease. What don’t i like? There are straps threaded through metal guides but the load bearing shoulder strap feeds through a polycarbonate one.I would’ve bought this bag a lot sooner (and probably influenced a few others at my work who take my gear-geek recommendations as gospel.) but I just couldn’t find the info on it up front. I couldn’t find a local vendor to check out Hazard 4 products hands on, their website is difficult to find and poorly laid out, and when called, they straight out denied letting me drop by their production facility locally to take a look at products. Their website link regarding this bag shows very little of the bag instead focusing on poses action shots of people holding the bag but providing very little about the bag itself. (There is a whole video of a guy skiiing with this bag, but never actually showing the bag itself. What’s that all about?!)I’d say despite their poor salesmanship they certainly know how to make a quality product. I’d venture to say if they ever get serious about their marketing they will dominate the market so long as they don’t compromise on quality in order to mass produce.

5-Star for Quality, 1-star for a real EDC
This item was returned back to amazon.com - the issue wasn't the quality but fitment for an EDC sling bag. Right out of the amazon.com delivery box the quality exceeded my expectations. In fact having both this and the gearslinger sitka from "_axpedition", you can tell the hazard 4 plan B was superior in terms of the quality material and the buckle for the sling! I liked it so much more so than the sitka but the biggest gripe is the way the bag is shaped. For sure if you have any long rifle with a folding stock, you can store it in here. It works for clothing, guns, accessories, you name it. The big issue is the fact there is no real compartments to store every day carry items (phone, wallet, keys, misc items) - except from the front pockets. The inside is just long empty compartment with a divider you can attach via velcro. The other gripe is the size of this thing. It is NOT an EDC for your laptop, ipad, school items, manpurse items, etc. It's just too long. It actually rides right above my pelvis at times and is just uncomfortable and there is no way this thing is subtle in public. You will be noticed and the way it looks no one will doubt you have gun(s) in your backpack. The sling itself is very high quality (the padded strap) - and the locking buckle is overkill! But overall it is a fantastic sling bag for carrying guns/ammo, but any EDC items for school/work/play is out of question. The sheer size and discomfort for me personally meant it was going back immediately. If you want a really well designed EDC for anything but rifles/guns, get a sitka gearslinger. I ordered this BEFORE I got the sitka and i was surprised how much more useful the sitka was compared to this plan B.The width of the backpack is very narrow much more narrow than any real backpack for storing even an ipad was extremely uncomfortable (it is a narrow open compartment). Overall in person the Plan B was just not meant for my EDC use. It is a shame because of the color I got is fantastic and the overall quality build/materials is just extremely well made!

Build Quality, Ergonomics
Fits everything I need for an overnight bushcraft/fishing tripCould fit even more if I put my sleeping bag on the outside, but I don't really need to for a hike and camp. The ergonomics are just great, I can switch my fishing pole and carry bag to one hand, shift the bag to my chest, open the hard box on the top to grab w/e random thing/snack/whatever, close it, and shift the pack back all while still walking.Just well designed.

Best bag I ever owned.
This bag has been across the world and bag, over 2 years of work this bag has given me and its still in good shape. I use it as my everyday work bag, and packed to the gills during travel. Materials are strong, zippers are great, inside u can organize like a tool box if u wanted. All still good to go with over 2 years excessive use. Hoping to pick up the grayman version eventually. I love this bag

Love Hazard 4 products.
I love Hazard 4 products. They are uniquely designed, so may not fit everyone’s needs, but they’re put together well and last.

Decent but could use ergonomic improvments
Nice pack. Using for hunting as I needed a mobile pack that's lite and can carry what ever I need.Downsides are the pack is basically a box on a sling. I personally prefer the edges to be more ergonomic and less fatigue on my shoulders for 2 to 5 mile hauls with hunting gear, water, snacks, ammo and to be able to hold my rifle. It's a good pack by all means, perfectly rugged and a heck a lot cheaper compared to Stika. But for the price (I only bought this when it was o. Sale) I feel we are paying more for the brand then the practicality.
