Q: Are these tights smooth-gliding under a skort or are they more like sweater tights?

The fabric itself is "smooth-gliding" and not like sweater tights; however, after wearing them for awhile, sometimes static electricity builds up, and whatever you're wearing over the tights "sticks" to them because of the static electricity. That's something I don't mind living with. Overall, I love these tights.

Yes they are fleece lined, but it is not thick like you would think. I love them. They kept me warm and cozy and people did not believe they we're lined for warmth. I am ordering another color right now.

They are tights, not leggings, and the top is emphatically more pantyhose than yoga pants. They are not low rise.

Well, the quality of the product seems good. Found it a bit small as I had to pull/stretch it up quite a bit. Once I use it in winter, will update my review whether it provides warmth enough or not.
