The sofa looks good. The seats are firm. I prefer them this way as they will take a while before sagging. Looks great in my living room. Comes in 3 pieces.It would be even better if the holes for the legs were pre drilled. It was very difficult getting the legs on.

This product is not like the picture at all! It’s a cheap, very poorly manufactured version of the picture. The seat cushions don’t even fit inside their cover. also not comfortable what so ever, they are way too firm. The material used is cheap and doesn’t look good at all. They didn’t send enough scatter cushions to cover the back of the sofa. They didn’t even send the same cushions from the picture!!! The feet for the sofa seem impossible to figure out how to attach. It was just a bag of crappy feet and rusty screws, with no indication of where they are meant to go under the sofa. The seller Ikraam Youseff, is impossible to get hold of!! Very unprofessional and dodgy company!! Stay away. I am desperately trying to find a way to return this terrible purchase. They have just left me to do it myself. I need it out of my house and my money back ASAP. If you are considering buying this item, DONT.

Was worried ordering online with out seeing . But went ahead so please I did lovely sofa exactly as in the picture well made . Seats are very firm but comfortable. Seller was brill at keeping me informed on delivery . Delivery was earlier than expected got a call the day before to let me no it was coming . Then a call a hour before delivery . Delivery driver very pleasant very happy

Seating is uncomfortable some cushions in 2 pieces.legs difficult to put on.can not sit comfortable back hurting all the time. Colour is good .looks okay.well made.

Sofa Heaven made promises to show up to rectify the situation but surprise, surprise—*no one turned up*!Warning to anyone even considering buying from Sofa Heaven: steer clear! This isn't just a bad experience; it's daylight robbery. They shamelessly swindle customers with faulty products, pitiful compensation offers, and an infuriatingly non-existent resolution process.
