Yes you can both flash and ring on incoming call. Ringer volume can be adjusted however it is designed for an office environment so it's not overly loud.

Q: Can you make it change color when your Mic is muted?

Yes, you can change when Mic is muted.

Q: Does this have to be plugged into a computer?

Yes. It plugs into your USB port.

Q: I don't want to miss any incoming call, does it work with the laptop? I have Videophone for deaf customers to call in on my laptop.
