Reluctant at first and pleasantly surprised!
I was trying to hide my amazement a bit from my daughter because she is so young, as I don’t want to encourage her in any way other than that her body is perfect as is. With that said, she is a competitive gymnast so legs are always exposed. I have used this on her once since we’ve had it, it’s been several weeks (maybe 6 or so?) and when I took a close look at her legs yesterday, they still look great! Granted, the hair has grown back and don’t quote me on this but I think that they haven’t grown back thicker or darker. Amazing if she would only need to use this a few times a year, max! Easy to use, we tried this while she was soaking in the tub. I used light pressure in a circular motion and there was no redness or irritation. She tried a little herself and I think she might have pressed harder than me and we could see that if she kept going it could have been irritating to her skin. I primarily handled the job and it worked out great. Keep the surface of the skin moist while using. Very cool!

It actually works!
I can't use a razor any longer so I purchased this Crystal Hair Remover thingy. Do READ the directions... okay... I wet the areas I was using the stone on before placing it on my moist skin... Moise just worked better for my skin. I have sensitive skin. Caution: it should not be used on the face or very sensitive areas... DON'T use there for a reason. Okay. Getting back to the other areas. I made small, gentle circles for a few seconds each. Whoa! Hair was coming off, really. I did have to pull back on the tension my grip on the stone was taking. This brand has a nice plastic cover over the stone which makes it easier to grip, other brands don't have it. This one is much easier to work with. I'd buy it again. Working with this hair removal system might take a little longer, take your time and do check the skin area you are working on. A few of my friends did have some sensitive skin issues so, go at your own pace.

More for thin hair
I did not find this to work very well. Irritated my skin as well. My teenage niece likes it but she has fine hair

Purple blob
Ok y’all, I’m a sceptic. I have a hard time trying new things. I have seen this everywhere… of course I wait FOREVER to order one. I pulled this little doohickey out of the package and I’m looking at this little purple blob like there is absolutely no way this is going to do anything. Absolutely no way. So I start rubbing this thing on my leg and not really paying attention, mind you in on FT with my bf, and I’m trying to explain what this blob is while I’m rubbing my leg. So here I am rubbing and talking and I set the blob down and ran my hand down my leg and when I say I was speechless, I WAS ABSOLUTELY SPEECHLESS. Soooo smooth. I have been waxed and plucked and shaved and tweezed and threaded… NEVER in my life have I ever had legs this smooth. If you have reservations about this blob… forget them. Just buy it. Just use it. The greatest blob I’ve ever used 🤷🏼♀️

Does NOT Work Well- Can Be Painful
I had been seeing ads for this on social media for months- so I figured why not spend the 10 bucks and give it a try. Sadly, I am beyond disappointed. It simply did not work well. I honestly don't know how this thing got as many positive reviews as it did. The ads are misleading at best. For starters- it is not as easy to use as the advertisement suggests. You have to put a bit of pressure on it to remove any hair- and that is not only painful, but removes a layer of skin as well. I tried it on the bikini region and have to say I felt like I had brush burns in that area for the next day- which not only burned but were itchy. Even that would have been tolerable- but it hardly removed any hair!! Zero stars as far as the sensitive areas are concerned. It suggested NOT using it on underarms- and I wasn't about to try!I gave it another chance on my legs- and did find that it removed some hair on the parts of the leg that are flat or don't have any bones near them. On the shin where the bone is near the surface or around the ankles- it did nothing but cause a bit of discomfort. I tried small circles, larger circles, and just going up and down like a razor- but to no avail. Given the fact it did remove some leg hair- I gave it 2 stars- but even that is generous. No matter where you use it- some skin will come off and leave you tender or with bumps from irritation. You are better off with a good sharp razor or going through the one time pain of a wax. I tried it in the shower, after a shower, and just on warm skin- no difference.Overall, it may be cheap, but doesn't work well- so you get what you pay for. I cannot recommend this product. If you want smooth skin- buy a good razor or get a wax.

Not worth it.
Waste of money. I tried it with and without water and this doesn’t ‘erase’ hair. I tried it multiple times to see if I was doing something wrong but can’t seem to get this to work I even tried it on my boyfriends leg to see if it’d work on someone other than myself and nothing.

Works GREAT but not for everyone. Here's what you need to know.
Worked GREAT for me but I can see why it's not for everyone. It's basically ultra-ultra-fine sand-paper, that sheers off not only your hair, but also a top layer of skin -- think of those clear glass foot-files for calluses, but even more fine. In my case, this left me beautifully exfoliated with no bad reaction (in fact, I was amazed at how well it worked because I was prepared for it to be crap) -- but I can also see how it would irritate someone with sensitive skin, especially if you over-do it. Definitely resist the urge to use it on sensitive areas like your face or neck. Also, be careful around moles -- I made one bleed without realizing it. That said, I will never go back to shaving my legs. It worked far better on big swaths of skin like my legs and stomach than it did on more wrinkly areas like my armpits. It says you can use it wet or dry, but I found dry to be more effective (I do it just before my shower and then moisturize well after). I hope this helps!
