I am always sceptical in buying things like this online because you can never tell if it is going to be robust enough, or hard to push/pull or badly made in general. But with the Black Friday Sale, it was an offer I darent refuse.However, I was really happy with the purchase. Firstly, it was in a box, which was brilliant because it was unmarked or scuffed from the delivery. When full to the brim (and I mean with vacuum packed bags for clothes and presents for 4 children) it still only weighed 18kg when I checked it in. The wheels and handle are really easy to navigate, even on bumps in the paths.I also really liked the locking system. Instructions came with it to change the code and I managed it first time, and once the zips were locked, there was no getting in without it. And considering the expensive load in the case, I was thankfully relieved to know it would not be opened until I got to my destination.All items were unscathed and obviously well protected by the lightweight, but strong material it is made of.Thanks COOLIFE...I will defo use you again when purchasing.

I bought this suitcase for my work and it just fits everything I need in and no more, but I do tend to overpack. The colour has been much admired though. It glides well along smooth ground, but it did struggle with bumpier pavements or if there was some gravel. Overall, it is serving its purpose fine.

Nice and bright! I love my glowy green one, it will be easy to find and the one my husband wanted (black and brown) has a very classic and stylish look. They seem to be great quality and with lots of space and well separated compartments.

Arrived today as promised, well packed. Centre, soft zipped screen, 50/50 divider, with zipped pocket is useful. Straps in one side. Looks good, sturdy. Navy/apricot looks classy, worth extra few £s instead of black. Lock looks good, handle extends, retracts smoothly. Useful top and side handles. Wheels appear sturdy, spin smoothly. I will be using it on trains to travel around 'Up Norf' Eng for next few weeks. I'm 77yrs old and 5ft-8st when wet, so I'll let you know how we get on. So far, so good, very happy with my choice.

Bought this for a work trip to Orlando - needed just enough room for a 5-6 day trip and bought this and a carryon bag for flexibility! Absolutely great bag - super easy to spot and I didn't see any duplicates on my trip through MAN-MCOTSA lock is also a great additional feature for this case - i do recommend you try and keep the instructions on how to reset the lock - just don't put it in your actual case or anything silly like that! :D
