Outsunny Wood Freestanding Fountain with 2 Tier Waterfall Barrel, Electric Pump for Garden Decor, Lawn, Backyard

I love it. I put it in a bigger barrel with flowers. It’s pretty easy to set up and seems great so far. I wish it was solar powered but then it would be as strong of flow. It is wood outer and lined with some type of thick plastic but it’s all one piece. Very nice looking. It can be a little loud so I put a rock in the bottom barrel and it reduced the noise a lot.

I ordered a bigger fountain back in Spring of 2020. I love that one and get many compliments on it. Decided to buy another but couldnt find the same distributor and thought the smaller one would work better in the courtyard, even tho it cost the same as the bigger one I purchased. In less than 2 weeks after setting it up, the cast iron pump turned rusty. I also noticed the water kept disappearing but didn't know or see what happened to it. Just noticed a few days ago, a slow leak from the bottom if it. It had to be a crack from the bottom liner. Took it all apart, let it dry and then wiped silicone all around the inside. Spray painted the cast iron part Rustoleum black. The top wood pieces had already lost the stain and poly on them, so spray painted them dark brown with a poly on that. Back together and refilled. We shall see if it continues to leak. Way too much work already into this compared to the bigger, cheaper one I had bought in 2020. I'll update if it continues to leak or if the problem is gone.Edited on July 5th. I put silicone on the inside of this fountain to stop the leaking. So the silicone came off and it leaked all of the water out again. It must be a very fine crack or small hole. Anyway I'm updating this and letting you know not to waste your money. The first few days the paint came off the handle and rusted! Guess I'll put plants in it!

I used this fountain as a flower box. I recommend applying some uv protection on the wood, and remove the metal bands to re-paint them. The metal bands are mostly bare metal on the back sides, and will rust. I did not drill any drainage holes, so that I still have the option to use as a fountain.

The media could not be loaded. Love the fountain. Dressed it up by putting it inside another barrel from Lowe’s and adding plants. It works well and was easy to install. I love the water sounds and the decoration in my yard now.

Ran for 3 weeks and then the pump died. Also not impressed with the design, the fake "pump handle" needs to be adjusted because if the pump starts getting clogged, which will happen with outdoor use, it begins pumping slower and rather than recirculation the water it will drool off the back and out of the fountain.I bought it a month ago for 85. Now they want 150. Thats insane.

I had to cut the board that the hand pump attaches to so that water dripping off the pump spout doesn’t drip onto the board and run outside the reservoir. Before cutting the board back under the front edge of the hand pump, it emptied itself twice in a day. Cutting the board back seems to have fixed the problem.
