''YES'' THERE IS A FOG SHEET OF PROTECTIVE COVER OVER CLEAR PLASTIC FACE SHIELD. THE FOG SHIELD CAN BE REMOVED FROM THE FRAME . START AT ONE CORNER TO PEEL OFF THE FOG SHEET.

Does anyone know the best method for cleaning latex dryfall paint off this, when I get it I don't want to have it covered it paint in one day, thanks?

Since it's latex paint I believe I would use something like Dawn dish soap. Just don't let the paint get really dry. You may have to wash it a couple of times a day if you are painting eight hours.

Will this lens hold up to sand blasting?

Depending on how close You are. I had a direct hit from a small rock shooting out from a landscaper and it didn’t make a mark on the lens. I don’t typically use it around small particles aimed at the lens though
