I don’t think so, but both my girls wore theirs to Six Flags and nothing inside got wet on the water ride although they were soaked. The material is kind of a heavy canvas.

no the snap type. very sturdy, have alot of mileage on my bags still looks and works great.

It is a smaller bag, perfect for the day cell phone, glasses, lipstick (lol) bandanna. Their is a zipper pocket on the back side perfect for money !! It is well made canvas bag. I love mine. Hope this helps.
