Great for gut biome balancing and cheaper than Florastor
I started using this instead of Florastor because of the high cost of Florastor. I find that it works equally effectively to keep my gut biome in order. I use it if/when I have been prescribed antibiotics to offset yeast. It's easy to swallow and taste-free. Has no odor either. I highly recommend it.

Excellent value for product
10 Billion CFU per capsule with twice the number of pills as other brands lends flexibility to dosing so the bottle lasts for much longer.The smaller pill size is very good for those who struggle with swallowing larger capsules.My experience with the effectiveness of the probiotic is very good. The gut issues are sometimes a mixed bag of various issues. I have had my share for 30+ years.SB brings back a balance quickly.

FINALLY!
I love probiotics. I'm a huge supporter and give them to my whole family and suggest probiotics for a lot of people I know. My problem is that oddly, I react poorly to a lot of them. Any time that I've tried using them regularly, they have actually backed me up, instead of helping things work well. That always frustrated me, but I would still use them when sick or traveling. I also give them to my kids daily, and they always help them.I had basically given up for myself, until I started this brand.My mother actually suggested them as her current brand, and I decided something that worked for my mom might actually work for my body...and I was RIGHT! These things are awesome! They don't cause my system to back up, and I just feel good when taking them. I'm so thrilled to finally find something that works for me!

NO LIVE STRAINS IN THE CAPSULES
I use S. Boulardii to ferment milk and fruit juice. Milk should turn to yogart and juice should become fizzy. All I got was spoiled milk and flat juice. I am angry as Amazon won't refund for defective produce. DO NO TRUST THIS BRAND. TRY IT IN A LITTLE MILK IF YOU HAVE IT OR ARE CONSIDERING BUYING IT. IF THE MILK SPOILES THERE ARE NO BENEFICIAL BACTERIA IN THE CAPSULE.
