What is the best way to apply it? Roller? Brush?

For the floor use the roller they provide. It is a single use item. Make sure you pick up behind yourself though as once items dry, they are stuck in that spot. We used a cheap 3" brush to paint edging and seams. Give it an extra day to dry though.

I have a counter top pait set that I'm going to be using to paint my bathrooms. Could I mix this in with that to add some sparkle to my counter tops?

These chips don't get mixed in. They are meant to be floated in the air and allowed to land on the surface of the wet coating.

What size area does one pack cover?

We used this pack and the one that came with the paint for a single car garage (approx 11 x 20). But we wanted a heavy coat of the chips.

Can you use the Rustoleum Anti-Skid along with these?

I used the anti-skid after the chips and it did great. I didn't mix the anti-skid in the paint as suggested, I put it on top with the chips and it works great,

Looks amazing!

This works amazing. Looks great and very durable. I did go ahead and add decorative color chips and 2 clear coat concrete paint sealer for extra durability since used in 2 car garage and to give epoxy look. Only needed 1 container of paint (added 2 coats) and 2 containers of sealer and 1 bag decorative chips. Looks great and very easy to work with.

a super addition to paint

These flakes set your paint off and make things look like a pro did the job. A good tip is to make yourself a shaker can with holes a little larger than the flakes. That way you can get an even spread over the entire area. I highly recommend this product.
