Great product I had it for 4 months and it broke. I thought it would be harder plastic

It works for what it is. I find it's a bit tight moving it, same for putting other USB cables in it feels very tight.

Works great and very convenient!
The media could not be loaded. I'm really fond of this multi way USB adapter. It's compact and folds up easily to pack up for travel. It's not in the way when in use And doesn't have any bulky cords. Great buy

Only works when it's flat
If it's bent any type of way it doesn't work. My work laptop only has one USB port on it and I have to use a Yubikey to log into/unlock it. Well, the "touch" part on the key is facing the desk so I have to lift my laptop up every time I log in. It's first world problems I know, but I specifically got this to make logging into my laptop faster, not more of a hassle.
