Faulty Unit, but Agaro's Customer Service Shines! (5 Stars for Service, 3 Stars for Initial Product)
I purchased the Agaro Rice Cooker about six months ago, and initially, it worked like a charm. It cooked rice perfectly and was a convenient addition to my kitchen. However, after about six months of regular use, the unit unfortunately developed a fault and stopped working correctly.Naturally, I was disappointed, but since the product was still under warranty, I reached out to Agaro's customer service. This is where Agaro truly impressed me. The process for getting a replacement was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. They processed my request efficiently, and I received a brand new replacement unit in a timely manner.A special shout-out and huge thanks to Payal Gosh from Agaro's customer service team. She was instrumental in facilitating this entire smooth experience. Great Product and Great Customer Care Team AGARO
The product is good. It is easy to use. After buying I had some issue with the product and I contacted the after sales team for assistance. AGARO's sales team is really great and offer seamless assistance solving the problem without any hassles. I was in contact with Ms. Anusmita, she continuously helped to solve the issue and as a customer I didn't had to chase them..infact Ms. Anusmita made sure to update everyday and solved the issue at the earliest. The product is a must buy and all appreciation to the after sales team/customer care. Thank you AGARO.

Good build but electronic errors are present
This is our first rice cooker. As compared to normal steaming, it is easier to handle and cook but we started having the error code E3 just a couple days after we bought it. Following the instructions in the manual didn't solve the problem unfortunately. After a couple more days it just refused to start after pressing the ON switch. It switches on only after pressing the switch a number of times, and even after that the power suddenly goes off, even in the middle of a cycle sometimes. I've given it 3 stars because in the times it did cook, it was fairly good. Will update the rating to 5 if they manage to rectify my problem.
