This is my third product I’ve bought from this company, and I’m consistently impressed. Never used one before, but physical therapist suggested it after back surgery. Have had it about two months. Was easy to install- someone else installed it. Works well. Stays clean. Really is better than toilet paper.

This is the second Luxe Bidet I have purchased. Easy to install, and works perfectly. At almost 80 I am sorry we didn't know about these for regular people 50 years ago. Cleans so much better, no stains on your underwear, and use much less toilet paper only for drying. The Luxe is perfect. Never thought I would gush about a toilet product, but everyone should have one.

Easy installation and it is easy to use. Great value for the product.

Only regret is how long it took me to finally decide to buy this. It's amazing! I'm convinced they should come standard in every bathroom. I did end up buying one for all of the toilets in each of my kids houses too. Very thankful that the water pressure is adjustable because at max pressure it's pretty damn strong. Definitely guaranteed to clean. It was incredibly easy to install. It did take me less than 10 minutes from beginning to end. As a side note.... For the people who are sporting a big booty for whatever reason, I will say that the stream is strong enough to find its way to the areas it needs to clean, 🤣

I was leery of installing an add-on bidet to our existing Toto toilets, but it turned out to be easy and we couldn't be happier. The parts are strong plastic, easy to clean. Everything we needed for install came in the box. Controls are great. We were worried about water temperature because we had never had bidets before and thought they needed to be heated or something. Not so. Tap temperature is perfectly fine. Excellent design and functionality, and very affordable compared to other systems we looked at. Only wish we had done it sooner.

Very nice design! Easily installed on the toilet without toilet lid removal or change. The best part is it WORKS!!!!Good price, easy install, looks nice, and works! We don't have an easy way to add an outlet near the toilet, so our choices were limited to non-electrical. Thinking of buying another for a family member. Just installed so no information on long-term durability. Would purchase again!Probably only one "gotcha" that I would have liked to know: You do need a flexible water supply line for your toilet. If your current water supply line is a hard line, you will have to replace it with a flexible line. Ours already had a flexible line. Also the installation does move the water line connection down probably 2 or 3 inches, so long term I will replace the flex line with a shorter one, the current one has to bend quite a bit to connect, if that makes sense.

This is easy to install and the parts are well packaged. The manual is well written too; surprising how many products fail in this.Leakage: At first install the connector from T-Adapter to Bidet attachment leaked. Be careful with this. The parts are plastic and it is easy to cross-thread the connection. I used Plumber's Tape (not the one supplied in the kit) and reattached very carefully. Finger tight, but firm. Leak stopped. Same with the other connections.One-way valve: This is not mentioned in the manual, but there is a tiny valve in the T-Adapter. On both installs I've made, that valve fell out. I put it in backwards and no water came out of the bidet. Take a picture of how that valve sits inside the adaptor. In case the valve drops out. I put it in the right way and all works.Use:Pros: Works great. Nice to be able to clean behind it due to the fold-up feature.Cons: There is no way to adjust the angle of the nozzles. So, one may have to adjust one's bottom on the bowl (slightly) to hit the target.Questions: One puzzling thing. As you turn the dial for rear washing, at a certain point the water comes out pulsing. This is not mentioned in the manual. My thinking is that the mechanics of the device are gradually engaging the nozzle clean feature. Not complaining; this is a plus!
